By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & quotes

Product listings and instant-quote estimates are invitations to purchase, not binding offers. We may decline or cancel any order (e.g., pricing errors, un-manufacturable files, out-of-capability requests) and will refund any payment taken.
Custom/quoted work is confirmed only when you approve the quote and payment (or agreed deposit) is received.

Pricing

Prices are in USD. Instant-quote prices depend on the file, material, and options you select and may be adjusted after review if a file requires manual work; we will notify you before charging any difference.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details, spelling, dimensions, and uploaded files. You represent that you have the right to reproduce any logo, artwork, or design you submit.

Manufacturing tolerances

Handmade and machine-produced items carry normal variation in color, grain, finish, and dimension. Minor tolerance variation is not a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the end-use fitness of custom parts you design.
