REFUND POLICY

Return window: 30 days on eligible items.

Made-to-order & custom items — all sales final

Because most of what we make is cut, engraved, or 3D-printed to your specifications, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, unless the item arrives defective or differs from your approved proof/order. This includes personalized signs, engraved goods, made-to-spec brackets/enclosures/parts, and any item produced from a customer-supplied file or design.

Stock / non-custom items

Ready-made, non-personalized items (e.g., stock hardware, standard catalog pieces held in inventory) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and packaging. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defects, damage, or our error

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not matching your approved order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will remake or refund the item at no cost to you, including shipping.

Cancellations

  • Before production starts: full refund.

  • After production starts: we cannot cancel; a partial refund may be offered at our discretion for un-started portions of a multi-item order.

How to start a return or report a problem

Email sales@eltcustomcoolers.com with your order number and photos. We respond within 1–2 business days. Approved returns ship to: ELT Custom Creations, Dearborn Heights, MI.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
