What We Machine
- Materials: 6061-T6 aluminum, 7075 aluminum, 1018 / A36 mild steel, 4140 alloy steel, 304 / 316 stainless steel
- Part types: brackets & mounts, flanges, fixture/base plates, enclosures & housings, adapter plates, pulleys & sprockets, shaft couplings & hubs, standoffs / spacers / bushings, and custom parts from your drawing
- Tolerances: Standard ±0.005" · Precision ±0.001" on called-out features
- Surface finish: as-milled ~125 Ra standard; finer on request
Finishes Available
- As-milled / deburred (included)
- Bead-blast (uniform matte)
- Anodize — aluminum, clear or black (Type II)
- Zinc / black-oxide — steel corrosion resistance
- Powder coat (color to spec)
File Requirements
- Preferred: STEP (.step / .stp) for 3D parts
- Also accepted: DXF/DWG for flat/2.5D profiles; PDF drawing for tolerances, threads, and finish callouts
- Include material spec, quantity, finish, and any critical dimensions or thread specs
