SHIPPING POLICY

Because items are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.

Stock items: ship within 1–3 business days.
Personalized / laser / engraved items: 3–7 business days production, then ship.
Custom quoted / 3D-printed / large jobs: lead time is stated on your quote (typically 5–15 business days).

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

Local pickup available in Dearborn Heights, MI — select at checkout and contact sales@eltcustomcoolers.com to arrange.

Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping (select at checkout).

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Production or carrier delays can occur during high season or for complex jobs. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Currently US-only. Contact us for international shipping quotes — customer is responsible for duties and customs fees.

Report shipping damage within 7 days with photos. We file the carrier claim and remake or refund as covered under our Refund Policy.
